We start with the gate itself: wheels or hinges, rail, rack, pinion and fixings. Then the operator: gearbox, release, motor, limit settings and supply. Finally the safety devices: photocells, edges and the reversing response. Moving parts are lubricated and the track cleaned, and we run several cycles to confirm everything works together.
