Usually yes, provided the handset type matches the radio system of the receiver. Sommer receivers learn handsets, so the new one has to be taught in while the old one is removed from memory if you are worried about security. Bring a working handset or the model number of the operator and we will check what fits before ordering. If the receiver is an older type with no spare memory, we will tell you whether a replacement receiver is the sensible fix.
