We inspect rails or tracks, rollers, guide wheels, rack and pinion, fixings and stops. We clear debris from the track, lubricate the moving parts, test the release and review limit settings. On the electrical side we check supply, board, encoder, photocells and edges, and run several cycles with an obstruction test.
Yards collect dust and grit, so the track and rollers often need the most attention.
