Say whether it is a swing gate, a sliding gate or a garage door, and describe the fault: does it move at all, and where does it stop? Mention how many remotes you use and whether anything changed recently, such as a power cut or repainting.
A photo of the motor label and the control box is helpful. Please leave the gate path clear, so we can run full test cycles.
