An interlock holds a door shut when it thinks the other door is open or the chamber is occupied. A misaligned door contact, a stuck sensor or a door that is not fully closing can leave the logic in that state. Faulty wiring between the doors also causes it. We check each door position input, sensors and the control unit, then test the complete entry and exit sequence including emergency release.
